By using Waypoint, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Waypoint is a Bible companion app that uses artificial intelligence to help users explore Scripture, understand biblical passages, and deepen their faith. The app includes features such as:

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Waypoint Pro. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged for the subscription plan you selected. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
You agree to use Waypoint only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Waypoint app, including its design, branding, code, and original content, is owned by Waypoint and protected by intellectual property laws. Bible translations used within the app are used in accordance with their respective licenses and copyright terms.
Your personal journal entries and notes remain your own. We do not claim ownership of content you create within the app.
The AI responses in Waypoint are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model. While we have carefully designed the system to provide biblically grounded, theologically sensitive responses, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of every AI-generated response. Use AI responses as a starting point for study, not as a final theological authority.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Waypoint or any feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. We are not liable for any interruption in service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waypoint and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any spiritual decisions made based on AI-generated content.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Waypoint after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
